Hello Movie Clubbers,
Another week has passed, and we’ve now grown to over 116 members through the website, as well as another 123 members on our Facebook group.
There has been a huge amount of interest so far, and what we really need is you (yes you!) to come along - don’t be shy, because we’ve got some great movies coming up over the next two weeks:
1. Thursday 17th July - Kung Fu Panda - Cineworld - Meet up at 7.40pm in 1st floor café bar (movie starts at 20:10pm) - Book Online

2. Thursday 24th July - The Dark Knight - Cineworld - Meet up at 8.20pm in 1st floor café bar (movie starts at 20:50pm) - Book Online
” Batman and James Gordon join forces with Gotham’s new District Attorney, Harvey Dent, to take on a psychotic bank robber known as The Joker, whilst other forces plot against them, and Joker’s crimes grow more and more deadly”
It seems like Cineworld are offering the best selection for upcoming movies (which is handy for those with a Unlimited card). One of the cool things they do is their Monthly Classic Movies, which are on the last Monday of each month. Next up on Monday 28th July is the Bond classic ‘Goldfinder’ (”you expect me to talk….No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!”) - Anyway, if anyone is interested - drop me an email and I’ll organise an mini meet up.

The Dublin Movie Club is a FREE weekly movie club, a great way to meet new people - as well as see some brilliant movies. Everyone is welcome, especially if you’ve never been before!

What to expect?
If you’ve never been before, I’ll introduce you and get you chatting to other members, so don’t worry if you’re a newbie - it’s not a closed group, and most people are meeting for the first time. The meet up spot will be marked with a few small balloons on a table so have a good look around the venue (don’t expect helium balloons!)
